Shipping Methods
We provide various shipping methods to meet the different needs of global customers, including:
- Sea freight: Suitable for large-quantity orders (MOQ 100 pieces), with low cost and long shipping time (7-45 days, depending on the destination port).
- Air freight: Suitable for small-batch or urgent orders, with fast shipping time (3-7 days) and higher cost.
- Express delivery: Suitable for sample orders or small orders, such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, with fast delivery (2-5 days) and door-to-door service.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, volume, destination country/region, and shipping method of the goods. The specific shipping cost will be quoted to you when you place an order. For large-quantity orders, we may provide preferential shipping costs or free shipping (subject to negotiation).
Packaging
To ensure that the products are not damaged during transportation, we use high-quality packaging materials and professional packaging methods: metal signs are wrapped with scratch-resistant film and OPP bags, acrylic signs are protected with protective film and cardboard, and all products are packaged in shockproof, moisture-proof, and pressure-resistant wooden or cardboard boxes, suitable for long-distance international transportation.
Shipping Time and Tracking
After your order is paid and produced, we will arrange shipping within 3-7 working days (customized products may take 7-15 working days, depending on the order quantity and complexity). After shipping, we will provide you with the logistics tracking number, so you can query the shipping status in real time through the logistics company’s official website.
Customs Clearance
We will provide all necessary documents for customs clearance (such as commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, product certification) to help you complete customs clearance smoothly. The customs duties, taxes, and other fees incurred in the destination country/region are borne by you, and we can provide relevant assistance if you need it.
Return Policy
Return Conditions
Returns are only accepted under the following circumstances (consistent with the refund conditions):
- Products have serious quality defects that affect normal use.
- We deliver the wrong product (different from the order specifications, models, or designs).
- Customized products have serious quality defects or wrong customization caused by our mistakes.
Return Procedures
- Apply for return: Contact our customer service team within the specified time (7 working days for quality issues, 3 working days for wrong delivery), provide your order number, product photos/videos, and problem description, and apply for return.
- Confirm return: After our team verifies and confirms the problem, we will issue a return authorization (RA) and inform you of the return address and requirements.
- Send back the goods: You need to pack the product properly (keep the original packaging as much as possible) and send it back to the specified address within 7 working days, and provide the logistics tracking number to our customer service.
- Inspection and processing: After we receive the returned product, we will inspect it within 3 working days. If the problem is confirmed, we will process it according to your needs (refund, replacement, re-production).
Return Notes
- Returned products must be intact (except for quality defects), and the original packaging, accessories, and certificates must be complete. If the product is damaged or missing parts due to your reasons, we have the right to refuse the return or deduct the corresponding fees.
- The return shipping cost is borne by us for returns caused by our mistakes (quality issues, wrong delivery); for returns caused by your reasons (such as incorrect information provided), the return shipping cost is borne by you.
- Returns will not be accepted if they are not applied for in advance or do not meet the return conditions.
